SIU Hosts “Prevention of Human Diseases” Med-Con 2025 Conference for Science Day of the Kyrgyz Republic

Swiss International University (SIU) successfully held the Interuniversity Student Scientific and Practical Conference “Med-Con 2025: Prevention of Human Diseases”, dedicated to the Day of Science of the Kyrgyz Republic and World Diabetes Day.
The conference brought together students and faculty from leading universities to discuss key issues related to disease prevention, digital health tools, and the integration of preventive programs into clinical practice.
Participants represented a wide range of academic institutions, including Avicenna Medical University, I.K. Akhunbaev Kyrgyz State Medical Academy, S. Tentishev Asian Medical Institute, International European University, International Medical University, Royal Metropolitan University, International University of Kyrgyzstan, ABC University, and the International Higher School of Medicine.
The event gathered 150 participants, including 120 from Swiss International University, along with 30 invited guests. A total of 55 scientific reports and presentations were delivered, showcasing the depth of student research and academic collaboration.
The conference enabled students to deepen their medical knowledge, enhance their public speaking and presentation skills, and strengthen academic cooperation among universities. SIU reaffirmed its commitment to fostering scientific dialogue, interdisciplinary learning, and the development of future medical professionals.
