In alignment with Sustainable Development Goal 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities, Swiss International University is proud to offer automatic free public access to its libraries across multiple international locations.
Our commitment to inclusive education and cultural accessibility extends beyond enrolled students. We believe that libraries are vital civic spaces that support lifelong learning, knowledge sharing, and community development.
As part of this commitment, we provide free access to our libraries in:
📚 Zurich – Located in the heart of the city, our library offers a curated selection of academic and professional publications, open to the general public for reading, research, and reference use.
📚 Bishkek – Our central library in Bishkek serves as a knowledge hub for both students and the wider community, with access to books, journals, and digital resources in multiple languages.
📚 Dubai – Integrated within our educational facilities, the Dubai library welcomes local residents, researchers, and visiting professionals seeking access to international publications and regional studies.
No registration or fees are required. Members of the public may walk in, use available resources, and benefit from an environment designed for learning and cultural enrichment.
By opening our libraries to the public, we support the creation of resilient, informed, and engaged communities—an essential part of building sustainable cities for all.
